Our strategy is to take advantage of the many higher yielding opportunities that are a bit more complicated than the average single site warehouse with a well known branded tenant.

Generate a high yielding regular cashflow

We actively look for investment opportunities that are “off the radar” and more often than not these will not be obtained through a public tender process. Negotiated transactions appeal much more to us as do opportunities to provide a solution for a tenant and or owner.

Not flashy

Industrial and warehouse properties can be old and dull looking but this does not affect the underlying value of a lease investment if the location is good and the premises have alternative uses to that of the current tenant.
